Ideal for Low-Conflict Divorce
Our Conscious Uncoupling package combines coaching, consulting and mediation to create a holistic and high-touch approach to divorce, designed for couples who wish to maximize cooperation and minimize attorney involvement. The process follows the traditional five stages of mediation to help each of you clearly see the big picture, understand your top priorities, and work towards the most supportive outcome for your family and your future.
Our package includes a combination of individual and joint sessions with our team where we focus on parenting, finances, and building your best future. Also included are paralegal services to prepare and draft the necessary court forms for final attorney review and filing. Attorney and court filing fees are billed separately.

Once you and your spouse have agreed upon final terms, our package includes transitioning you to our paralegal for final preparation and drafting of the legal documents. The last step in the process is an attorney review and filing of the documents. Attorney and court filing fees are billed separately.
